One exchange per order is available on 'Non-Sale Stock', however you'll need to pay $30.00 re-stocking fee, before any exchange dress is released or ordered. So, it's pretty important to grab a tape measure and check your figure stats, to avoid unnecessary expense and inconvenience.
* All return or exchange must be claimed within 15 days of receiving merchandise.
Return Procedure of General Product:
If you would like to return a product other than apparel and personalized merchandise, please Contact Us. The cost of merchandise will be refunded to your credit card within 7-15 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for return package that are lost or damaged during shipping. Return of product must be made within 15 days of receiving merchandise.
